Parson's Collision East

I had such a great experience at Parsons! Someone scraped my car, but left a note 🫶. I got several quotes from body shops to see if we could settle it without insurance. Parsons was by far the easiest and friendliest shop: flexible about bringing in the car, quick estimate, didn’t make me wait, didn’t act put-out that I was exploring options. We ultimately did go through insurance, and Parson’s handled everything. Aaron rocks at his job! He was friendly, had good advice about the process, and was proactive about updates on my car. My bumper looks perfect, and the work was done right. They had my car back to me within the week as estimated, and they washed it!!! Everything was so easy and friendly from the very first phone call on. I would recommend Parson’s to anyone!

Luke at Parson's on Sandy Hollow was great to work with. Had my van fixed through insurance and Luke was extremely helpful and communicated the whole time. Went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible and was even extremely patient when I had to bring my toddlers along to pick up the van right before closing time. Will definitely go to them again if we ever need to.

Great shop to deal with, fast turn around time. Painless insurance claim process. We had our Jeep in after hitting a deer, and found out the Led lights installed by a local dealership to sell the car were replica OEM lights.. Parsons wanted to restore it to how it was before the accident so they suggested getting the same aftermarket LED lights since the oem ones were inaccessible at the time. We got the replacement lights in but the headlights would overheat and shut off when driving. While they could have not replaced the lights since the dealership sold me a car with replica LEDs to begin with Luke @ Parsons was very concerned and without hesitation got me OEM lights to make sure my rig was ready to get on the road better than before. Im very pleased with this experience. You wont find a shop that cares about its customers and does quality work. They fixed my issue even if it wasn't their mistake to begin with. I will always recommend family and friends to Parsons.
